金刚砂耐磨地坪基础要求　　
◇ 基层混凝土强度要求达到C25以上，水灰比控制在0.50以下，混凝土坍落差应控制在70-100mm，混凝土拌合物尽量减少离析并对泌水有所控制；　　　
◇ 为了确保混凝土拌合物有足够流动性及利于施工，建议混凝土加适当外加剂。　　　
◇ 基层混凝土应参照优良混凝土的标准进行浇筑和振实，注意尺寸精确并减少浮浆产生。　　　
◇ 硬化剂表面较好同混凝土结构层同时施工，如须同找平层同时施工，建议找平层混凝土采用细石混凝土，厚度不低于50mm，并考虑配置伸缩钢筋网。　　　
◇ 特别注意基层混凝土施工块的边角部位，保证该处混凝土振捣密实，并应采取额外加强处理。
